Caramel Orange Sauce Recipe
caramel orange sauce is a sweet and flavorful sauce made with caramelized sugar and orange juice. Mild and soothing, the caramel sauce can be served over pancakes, ice cream and fruit cakes too.
Ingredients
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maple syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wedge of lemon, peeled and seeded | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1 inch strip orange rind | ||
Directions
Put all ingredients in the Osterizer container.
Cover and process at BLEND until blended.
Pour into saucepan and simmer 3 minutes.
