Ingredients

 Hot roll mix11 Ounce (1 package, Pillsbury)
 Warm milk2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (105 to 115 Degree F)
 Grated orange peel2 Teaspoon
 Eggs2 (for glaze)
 Firmly packed brown sugar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
 Chopped nuts3 Tablespoon
 Grated orange peel1 Tablespoon
 Corn syrup2 Tablespoon
For filling
 Firmly packed brown sugar1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Grated orange peel2 Tablespoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, softened

Directions

In large bowl, dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in warm milk.
Stir in 2 teaspoons orange peel and eggs.
Add flour mixture; blend well.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes.
Grease (not oil) 12 cup fluted tube pan (non stick finish pan, too).
In small bowl, combine Glaze ingredients; mix well.
Spread in greased pan.
In same bowl, combine first three Filling ingredients; set aside.
On floured surface, roll or press dough to 16x12 inch rectangle.
Spread with butter.
Sprinkle Filling mixture over dough.
Starting with longer side, roll up tightly; seal edges.
Cut into 16 slices.
Stand nine slices with cut side against outside edge of pan and seven slices around inside edge.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375° F (350° F for colored pan).
Bake 20 to 30 minutes until deep golden brown.
Let stand upright in pan 5 minutes; turn onto serving plate.
10 inch ring coffee cake HIGH ALTITUDE above 3500 Feet: Bake at 400° F for 30 to 35 minutes.
