Caramel Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped dried fruit or raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
Burnt Butter Frosting
Directions
In the Bosch mixing bowl, combine butter or margarine, vanilla, and brown sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake in a 350° F.
Oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread Burnt Butter Frosting on warm bars, and cut into squares when cool.
