Caramel Ice Cream Recipe
The caramel ice cream is a macaroon and caramelized sugar ice cream made with milk, eggs and thin cream. Cooked and frozen this homemade caramel ice cream is heavy and deliciously filling as a dessert.
Ingredients

| Egg | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thin cream- 1 cup | ||
| Macaroons- 1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Caramelize half the sugar.
2.Combine the milk, beaten egg, sugar and caramelized sugar.
3.Heat the mixture to the boiling point.
4.When cool, add the cream and the macaroons crushed fine.
5.Beat well and freeze.
SERVING
6.Serve with strawberries or grapes
