Caramel Corn Recipe
|Popped corn||6 Quart|
|Hot peanut brittle||(as required)|
Heat popcorn in large roasting pan in 325 degree F. oven while brittle is cooking (peanuts in brittle recipe may be omitted or reduced, if desired). Pour hot brittle over hot popcorn, distributing brittle somewhat evenly and tossing quickly to mix. Use 2 long-handled wooden spoons for tossing. Beware of hot brittle. Drop by clusters on Formica surface or waxed paper.
