Caramel Apple Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless chicken breast | 3 | |

| Sesame seeds | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger root | 2 Tablespoon (fresh) | |
| Apple | 1 , sliced or quartered (peeled) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh lemon juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick) | |
| Flour | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Olive oil/Sesame | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (or Peanut Oil) |

Directions
Place your flour into a medium mixing bowl or a 9" cake pan
place your eggs into a medium bowl and scramble with a fork
Dredge the chicken in the flour
coat with eggs
return the chicken to the flour and coat well
repeat with remainder of chicken pieces
Add just enough oil to a large skillet to cover the bottom of the pan
Heat on medium high until the oil begins to slightly smoke
Add the chicken and fry until golden brown about 10 to 15 minutes
Once the chicken has been cooked remove from the pan and place on a platter with paper towels to soak up excess oil
Drain the remaining oil from the pan and rinse out any excess flour and towel dry
Return pan to heat and add 1 stick of butter
Melt until the butter starts to sizzle
Add the sesame seeds and toast for about 2 to 3 minutes
Add the Orange juice, and Lemon Juice to the pan
Add the Brown Sugar and the Ginger Root
Stir mixture until well blended and the sugar turns to liquid
Add The chicken and the Apples
Cook the chicken stirring often making sure that the chicken is well coated and doesn't stick
Continue Cooking until the Sauce reduces down Turning into a caramel like mixture and becomes slightly thick about 20 minutes
Rmove from Frying pan
Serve with fried rice or sesame noodles
