Caramel Sweet Potatoes Recipe
This is a side dish that your guest's will be asking for the recipe during this holiday season!

Ingredients
| 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed | ||
| 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon, divided | |
| 1/4 tsp imitation butter flavoring | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half and Half | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
For the caramel sauce combine half-and-half, sugar, butter extract, ½ tsp vanilla extract and ¼ tsp imitation butter into a sauce pan. Cook over a medium-low heat for 25 minutes until becomes slightly thickened.
In a large saucepan, cover sweet potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes until fork tender and drain. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until smooth. Add brown sugar, ¼ cup of butter, ½ tsp vanilla extract and mix together with the potatoes.
Pour sweet potatoes into a serving dish and top with the caramel sauce. Serve and Enjoy!
