| 4 rounded tablespoons soft brown sugar | ||
| Golden syrup | 4 Tablespoon (Leveled) | |
| 2 oz. luxury margarine | ||
| Water | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Place the sugar and syrup in a pan. Heat and stir until dissolved.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Add margarine and water.
4. Return to the heat and boil for 2 minutes.
5. Allow to cool again and then serve with ice cream.
