Caramel Popcorn Balls Recipe

| Light corn syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tblsp. butter or regular margarine | ||
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Spread freshly popped corn in large roasting pan.
Keep warm In 250° conventional oven.
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in 4-c. glass measuring cup.
Microwave at high setting 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Microwave at high setting 6 minutes more, without stirring, or until golden.
Stir in butter and baking soda, mixing well.
Pour hot syrup over warm popped corn, stirring to coat.
Shape mixture into 1 3/4" balls, using about 1/3 c. for each ball.
Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets and let cool.
