Caramel Orange Rolls Recipe

 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind1 Teaspoon, grated
 Orange juice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Mace1/4 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon acceptable margarine, melted
 12 brown-and-serve dinner rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a bowl, combine sugar, orange rind, orange juice, mace and margarine.
Stir to mix well.
Spread over bottom of ungreased shallow pan.
Place rolls upside down over sugar mixture.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let rolls stand in pan 1 minute, or until syrup thickens.
Invert pan and remove bread quickly so caramel-orange topping remains on top of rolls.
