Caramel Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup rich milk or cream or | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix ingredients in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until syrup forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Cool slightly and beat until creamy.
Spread on cake immediately.
