Ingredients

 1 x 69 g (2 1/2 oz) packet butterscotch dessert mix
 Bananas2 Large, sliced
 Caramels250 Gram
 Evaporated milk150 Milliliter
 6 individual trifle sponge cakes

Directions

Make the dessert according to the directions on the packet.
Fold in the bananas and chill.
Meanwhile, put the caramels and milk in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring, until the caramels have melted.
Put the sponge cakes on six individual plates and top with the banana mixture.
Pour over the caramel sauce and serve.
