Caramel Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
| Light brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chocolate Chips package | 1 | |
| 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts | ||
Directions
Combine sugar and butter in saucepan; boil 7 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat.
Spread nuts over bottom of buttered 8x8 inch pan.
Pour butter and sugar mixture slowly over nuts.
Pour melted chocolate over top.
Cool.
Cut into pieces.
