Roasted Peanuts Caramel Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 toffee bars, (1-1/8 ounce each) | ||
| Light corn syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Popped popcorn | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsalted roasted peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In heavy saucepan, heat toffee bars and corn syrup over low heat until melted, stirring often.
Pour popcorn into large, deep pan.
Add warm toffee mixture and peanuts.
Toss well until popcorn is coated.
Cool; break into chunks.
Children and adults can enjoy caramel corn.
