Caramel Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn | 6 Quart, popped | |
| Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Add peanuts if desired | ||
Directions
Melt together margarine, brown sugar and honey.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add soda, salt and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn and stir.
Put in 2 pans and bake at 250° for 1 hour.
Stirring every 15 minutes.
Cook for 5 minutes.
