1 In the bottom of a cocktail glass, put 4 lime wedges.
2 Add in the pineapple and strawberries to the glass.
3 Pour in the Brazilian rum.
4 Add the simple syrup to enhance sweetness.
5 Using a pestle, muddle all the ingredients well.
6 Give the cocktail a good shake along with ice in the glass.
SERVING
7 Garnish with a pineapple leaf and serve.
