Directions
1. For salad, cut vegetables as shown in the video.
MAKING
2. For Insalada caprese, in a skewer tread tomato, basil and mozzarella, alternatively.
3. For salad, on a large plate scatter all the vegetables. Toss.
4. Pour vinaigrette on top of vegetables, and allow it to rest for a couple of hours.
FINALIZING
5. For insalada caprese, sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar on top, just before serving.
6. For salad, sprinkle basil, tarragon, chives, parsley, cheese, and olives on top.
SERVING
7. Serve salad with grilled sausage sandwich and Insalada caprese.
