Cappuccino Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| 0.5 Pasta Cafe | ||
| 0.5 Cocoa Pasta | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 60 Milliliter | |
| 250 ml half & half cream | ||
| Vanilla extract | 5 Milliliter | |
| 170 g semi-sweet chocolate | ||
Directions
Process the pasta, and cut into capellini.
Dissolve the sugar in the cream, and add the vanilla.
Heat the cream in a double boiler.
Add the chocolate to the cream.
Cook the pasta in a large kettle of boiling water.
Drain and place on serving plates.
Pour sauce over and serve.
