Cappuccino Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 tsp cold water
3 tsp granulated fructose
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 env. nondairy whipped topping powder
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan.
Allow to soften for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in fructose, instant coffee powder, and cinnamon.
Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.
Combine nondairy topping powder and skim milk in a large, preferably narrow, bowl.
Whip into soft peaks.
Slowly beat in vanilla and lukewarm gelatin mixture.
Beat to stiffpeaks.
Do not overheat.
Allow to soften for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in fructose, instant coffee powder, and cinnamon.
