Cappuccino Bon Rons Recipe

Ingredients
1 package Chocolate Lovers' Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Size
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil or Vegetable PURITAN® Canola Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons FOLGERS® Instant Coffee
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Whipped topping
Ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 40 (2-inch) foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring tablespoonful batter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
