Cappuccino Bon Rons Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 package Chocolate Lovers' Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Size | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil or Vegetable PURITAN® Canola Oil | ||
| 1 1/2 tablespoons FOLGERS® Instant Coffee | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whipped topping | ||
| Ground cinnamon | ||
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 40 (2-inch) foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring tablespoonful batter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
