Cappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
2 to 3 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals
4 cup hot water
3/4 cup orange liqueur or Triple Sec.
Sweetened whipped cream
Directions
In 1 1/2 to 2 quart measure, combine brown sugar, coffee and hot water.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH 4 to 6 1/2 minutes or until hot.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Stir in liqueur.
Pour into cups.
Top with whipped cream.
