Caper Meat Balls Recipe
Ingredients

| Ground pork | 1 pound | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium-size onion, grated | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Bottle (1l), drained | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Mix ground beef and pork lightly with eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and half of the capers until well-blended; shape into 72 balls; roll each in flour to coat well.
2. Brown, a third at a time, in salad oil in a large frying pan; pour off all drippings. Return meat balls to pan; stir in beef broth, water, and lemon juice; cover.
3. Simmer, stirring often, about 15 minutes or until meat balls are cooked through. Stir in remaining capers.
