| Diced salt pork | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |

Directions
Strain liquor.
Try out salt pork, add onion and cook until light brown.
Add potatoes, boiling water, salt and pepper.
Cook 10 min.
Add clams and liquor and cook 5 min.
Add milk just before serving.
Top each serving with halves of Boston crackers.
