Ingredients
1 package Dry Yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 2/3-ounce can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Soften yeast in water.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and dry milk.
Add oil and yeast.
Stir until a dough forms.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
Combine oysters and cheese; blend well.
Knead dough on floured surface 10 times.
Roll out to a I5xl0-inch rectangle.
Spread filling to within 1 inch of edges.
Fold all sides in about 1 inch Fold in half lengthwise; seal tightly and twist several times.
Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Cover; let rise again until light and doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Brush with butter, if desired.
