Cape Charles Oyster Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Oyster | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 soup can milk | ||
| Potato | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/2 soup can water | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked green beans, cut | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dash of thyme | ||
| Chopped pimento | ||
Directions
Combine oyster stew and milk.
Heat until soup is thawed.
Blend in cream of potato soup and water.
Add green beans, parsley and thyme.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with pimento
