Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 1/4 lb. cooked pork, minced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 2 c. cooked lobster, diced
 2 c. hot chicken broth
 Eggs2 , beaten

Directions

Brown garlic in oil in skillet.
Combine pork, salt, pepper, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch.
Add to garlic; stir for 1 minute.
Add lobster; stir for 1 min- ute longer.
Pour in hot broth, stirring constantly, until blended.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Mix remaining cornstarch with enough cold water to make a paste.
Add to broth mixture, stirring con- stantly, until thickened.
Blend in eggs; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly.
