1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
Directions
Thaw frozen shrimp.
Dissolve chicken-stock base in boiling water.
Cook onion, garlic, and shrimp in oil 3 minutes; stir frequently.
If necessary, add a little broth to prevent sticking.
Stir in salt, ginger, pepper, beans, and broth; cover.
Simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until beans are cooked but still slightly crisp.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Add to shrimp; cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
