Cantonese Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
10 chicken legs and/or breasts
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Place the chicken in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove the foil; bake, uncovered, for another 30 minutes
