Cantonese Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 Italian frying peppers, cut in strips | ||
| 1 large onion, sliced and broken into rings | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a non stick skillet, take all the ingredients.
2. Cover the skillet and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
3. Uncover the skillet and cook until all the moisture evaporates and the vegetables start to brown.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
