Ingredients

 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut in thin 1/2-inch strips
 1/2 cup thin sliced green pepper
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Shortening2 Tablespoon
 Bean sprouts1 pound, drained
 10 1/2-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
 Tomato sauce8 Ounce
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Teaspoon

Directions

Brown pork, green pepper and onion in shortening in large skillet.
Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and butter.
Simmer, covered, 25 to 30 minutes until meat is tender.
Prepare rice; add butter.
Arrange on serving platter or in serving dish; pour meat mixture in center.
