Ingredients

 Bacon slices1/4 Pound
 Pork1/2 Pound, chopped
 Beef1/2 Pound, chopped
 Flour
 Bean sprouts1 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz)
 Celery2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 2 tbsp. bead molasses

Directions

Saute bacon in skillet until crisp.
Remove from skillet; set aside.
Dredge chopped meats in small amount of flour; sear in bacon fat.
Add 1 cup water to meats; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, celery, green pepper, onion, soy sauce and molasses.
Simmer until meats are tender.
Crumble bacon; add to mixture.
Serve over rice.
