Cantaloupe With Blueberry-Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 3 | |
| Port wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blueberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
| Peeled cantaloupe rings | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch, lemon, and wine.
2) Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, till clear.
3) Remove the lemon and add in the blueberries.
4) Refrigerate.
SERVING
5) Add the ice cream into the cantaloupe rings.
6) Top with blueberry sauce and serve.
