Simple and easy cantaloupe salad - enjoy during the barbacue season

Ingredients
1 Cantaloupe
Iceberg lettuce - one small slice
1 Bunch of seedless grapes - red or green ( red would give color to your salad)
Handful of cashews
Handful of walnuts
Chatmasala - you can substitute this with pinch of salt and red pepper
Directions
Cut cantaloupe in small bite size pieces
Cut lettuce
Mix cantaloupe, grapes and lettuce in a salad bowl
Coarsely grind cashews and walnuts - you dont have to do this - just add without grinding
Add 1/2 teaspoon of chat masala - taste it, if you want spicy add more
Alternatively add a pinch of salt and a pinch of red chilli
Toss it and you are ready to serve

Actually I started using Shan's egg masala and then tried chat masala tasty on eggs. I use Eggbeaters (Costco brand) and add veggies yummy and no so boring and very healthy.
