Cantaloupe-Raspberry Recipe
Ingredients
| Apple Juice | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| 1 1/2 cups seltzer water, chilled | ||
| Cantaloupe | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| 1 cup raspberries or blueberries | ||
| 1 large peach, plum, or nectarine, peeled, halved, pitted, and cut into chunks | ||
Directions
1. Place apple juice, cantaloupe, raspberries or blueberries, and peach, plum, or nectarine in a blender or food processor and puree.
2. Combine fruit puree with seltzer water.
