| Pie crust mix | 1 | |
| Slivered almonds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Vanilla pudding mix | 3 2⁄5 Ounce | |
| Small cantaloupe balls | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Cantaloupe balls | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Toasted coconut | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add together the pie crust mix and the almonds.
2) Add in the boiling water, till the pastry loses stickiness and comes away from the side of the bowl.
3) Shape into a ball.
4) On a floured board, roll out the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate.
5) Place in plate and crimp the edge.
6) Pierce the surface with a fork and place in the oven at 400 degrees. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, till golden brown.
7) Allow to cool.
8) In a saucepan, mix together the milk and pudding.
9) Heat while stirring, till the mix thickens.
10) Cool for several minutes.
11) Add in the cantaloupe balls and pour into the pie crust.
12) Refrigerate.
SERVING
13) Sprinkle with coconut.
