Cantaloupe-Pecan Salad Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Cantaloupe-pecan Salad which I was taught by my family elders. One trial wont be enough for this Cantaloupe-pecan Salad recipe, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups cantaloupe balls
Lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and milk, beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add celery and pecans, and-mix well.
Fold in whipped topping, chill.
Spoon cantaloupe balls into lettuce cups formed from outer leaves; top with dressing.
