Cantaloupe Jam Recipe
If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple cantaloupe jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you

Ingredients
| Cantaloupes | 2 , diced | |
| Oranges | 2 | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| 1 Ige. can crushed pineapple | ||
| Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine cantaloupe, oranges, lemon, pineapple and sugar.
Bring to a boil; boil until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Skim; add almonds.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
