MAKING
1) In 1 cup boiling water, add gelatin and dissolve.
2) Stir in the lemon juice.
3) Refrigerate till thickened.
4) Whip the cream till stiff, beating in the powdered sugar and spice.
5) Beat the gelatin till fluffy.
6) Gently fold in the whipped cream and cantaloupe.
7) Turn into a crumb crust.
8) Refrigerate till firm.
SERVING
