Cantaloupe Strawberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupes | 2 | |
| Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Iceberg lettuce head | 1 , cleaned | |
| 1 cup Dannon lemon lowfat yogurt | ||
Directions
Cut cantaloupes into crosswise halves and remove seeds.
Using a melon ball cutter, scoop the cantaloupes into balls.
Tear lettuce into small pieces.
Toss lettuce with yogurt in a large bowl.
Arrange cantaloupe balls and strawberries in alternate circles on top of lettuce bed.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
