Cantaloupe Peach Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peaches | 2 | |
| Light rum | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain yogurt for garnish | ||
Directions
In a blender puree the cantaloupe with the orange juice and transfer the puree to a bowl.
In the blender puree the peaches, peeled and pitted, with the rum, add the peach puree to the bowl, and combine the soup well.
