Ingredients

 Cantaloupe - 1 number, medium
 Ground cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Orange juice concentrate - 1 number 6-ounce can, frozen
 Water - 2 numbers, juice cans (about 1 1/2 cups)
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the cantaloupe into half; remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp.
2. In a blender combine the cantaloupe pulp and cinnamon; cover and blend till smooth and then turn into a large bowl.
3. In same blender container place orange juice and water; cover and blend till mixed.
4. Stir into melon mixture; stir in lime juice.
5. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.

SERVING
6. Stir before serving.
7. Serve the soup in chilled cups or mugs and garnish with fresh mint leaves or lime wedges.
