|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Simmer for 5 minutes; cool.
Into a blender container or food processor scoop cantaloupe pulp and juice.
Add lemon juice and cooled syrup.
Puree until smooth.
Pour into mixer bowl.
Freeze until partially frozen.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Spoon into freezer container; cover.
Freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for several minutes.
Into dessert glasses spoon Cantaloupe Ice.
