Here is an excellent recipe for cannoli that are Sicilian pastry desserts. These cannoli consist of tube-shaped shells of fried or baked pastry dough, filled with a traditional sweet and creamy ricotta filling. The video here shows a classic recipe for cannoli with a twist. Here the cannoli are filled with choco-chip ice-cream. Enjoy either way it is delicious!

Hey that is a pretty easy recipe of chocolate cream cannoli... my kiddy goes all 'yum' for cannolis - especially the ones with nut and vanilla cream.. howevr, I was not able to bring in the crisp and crunchy flavor to it.. the consistency of the dough s a reason i gues.. is it so?

Cannolis with chocolate chip ice cream filling, that is just amazing! I haven't yet had one of that kind. Also, I love the taste and flavor marsala wine renders to any dish, it is just a class apart! But, i doubt with the butter, sugar, deep-frying and totop it all with the luscious filling; don't you think it makes the cannoli a lil' too sinful to indulge in? Well, i would mind even if it does! :)
