Cannelloni Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 cup flour
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese
8 warm crepes
Directions
Fry onion in hot oil 5 minutes.
Add meat; cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in tomato sauce and 1/4 cup flour.
Add bouillon, mushrooms, and seasonings.
Cover; simmer 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in separate small pan.
Stir in 1/4 cup flour; cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil while stirring.
Blend in 1/4 cup cheese.
Remove from heat; leave cover on.
Fill crepes with ground-beef mixture; roll up.
Place in baking dish; pour sauce over.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Broil about 3 minutes, until golden.
