Cannellini Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked cannellini beans | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Juice from 1 lemon | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth.
Adjust seasonings to taste, and add more lemon juice if desired.
