Ingredients

 1 3/4 cups unsweetened apple juice, divided
 1/3 cup cinnamon candies
 Vanilla extract1/2 Teaspoon
 Red food coloring1/4 Teaspoon
 4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced (Granny Smith, Rome Beauty or Mcintosh)
 Cornstarch3 Tablespoon
 1 KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In large saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups juice, candies, vanilla, food coloring and apples.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer just until apples are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup juice and cornstarch in small bowl.
Stir into apple mixture; continue to cook until mixture boils and thickens.
Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Spoon apple filling into pie crust.
Refrigerate several hours or until filling is set.
