8 med. sweet potatoes (or yams)
1 c. sugar or brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. hot water

Step1-Cook sweet potatoesand drain.
Step2- Add sugar, butter and water.
Step3-Bake at 350 for 65 minutes or cook on top of stove until candied.
