Candied Apple Slices Recipe
Ingredients
6 apples, pared and cored
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
Red food coloring
Directions
Slice apples 1/3 inch thick.
Cook candies and sugar in water until melted; add coloring and apples.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes or until transparent but not soft.
Chill.
