Candied Wild Mint Leaves Recipe

| 2 cups medium-sized wild mint leaves | ||
| 1 egg white, slightly beaten | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Dip leaves in egg whites, then roll in sugar one at a time.
Dry on wax paper.
Store in a small tin box with wax paper between layers.
Use as a confection or garnish.
