Candied Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 C. liquid | ||
| 1 t. white corn syrup | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Walnut halves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In 2 qt.saucepan mix first 4 ingredients.
Cook to soft ball stage (238 degrees).
Add walnuts and stir till creamy.
Quickly turn out on waxed paper and separate with fork.
